Effective date: 12 Sep 2025. These Terms govern your use of the website gami1000.xyz and the Aurora Play academy (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Aurora Play is an esports training program operated at gami1000.xyz. Contact: legal@gami1000.xyz.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be capable of entering a binding contract. Juniors may participate only with a parent/guardian’s consent. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Programs, Pricing & Discounts

Program descriptions and list prices are displayed on the website. A seasonal discount of 25% may be available using the code specified on the site. All fees are due at enrollment unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

You may cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before the first scheduled live session of your selected group. After that point, fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.

5. Conduct

We promote a safe, competitive environment. Cheating, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or attempts to disrupt sessions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, playbooks, templates and brand assets are owned by gami1000.xyz or its licensors. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use them for your own training. Public redistribution or resale is forbidden.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service provides training and tools but does not guarantee particular tournament invitations, ranks or outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The current version will always be published at this page with a new effective date.
